3. It’s ok to talk to someone about what you’re dealing with, get the help you need.
4. Proverbs 11:14 - Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.
5. You can’t keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.
6. Be careful not to make decisions based off your trauma.
7. After you’ve acknowledged that the trauma happened, seek help in order to get past it.
