WWW Episode 7 with Dr Sarah Rutherford

This month Joy Davey and Alexandra Buchan-Heelas are joined by Dr Sarah Rutherford. Sarah has an academic background in gender and organisational culture and has written a book called Women's Work Men's Cultures. Sarah helps organisations identify barriers to women's progress. Sarah also has two children in their 30s.

On this podcast, we explore Sarah's personal experience of the "mommy track", the workplace culture today and how important it is to keep a foot in the door and invest in yourself. We loved hearing from an expert in this area and learning from her journey. To all parents - ultimately, we can do it.. and we must!
