This month Joy Davey and Alexandra Buchan-Heelas are joined by Olivia May. Liv has a son, Dylan, and is pregnant with her second. She is a wonderful inspiration to us for lots of reasons but most recently because she has been promoted to Partner at her consultancy firm, OC&C Strategy Consultants, between her two maternity leaves.
