Welcome to Womenkind Collective: Spill The Tea, the podcast where no topic is off-limits, and every conversation is served with honesty, humour, and heart.
Hosted by lifelong friends Jinty and Lou, we bring you a vibrant, weekly mix of education, laughter, and real talk. From health and hormones to family, relationships, equity, and the realities of menopause, we tackle the topics that matter—especially the ones society often shies away from.
Menopause might not be our sole focus, but it’s a conversation that keeps coming up—for good reason. With the help of expert guests, including Menopause specialists, GPs, Gynaecologists, Nutritionists, Sleep Therapists, Cancer Survivors, Advocates, and Campaigners, we provide evidence-based facts, real-life experiences, and the support you deserve.
Beyond the podcast, we take action. We founded Exmouth’s first Menopause Café, giving women a space to connect, and launched the #WheresMyClinic campaign, fighting for an NHS Menopause Clinic in Devon. We’ve even spilled the tea live on BBC Radio Devon, hosting their first-ever menopause café.
So, whether you’re navigating the ups and downs of hormones, curious about the latest health insights, or just here for the relatable stories (and occasional faux pas), grab a cuppa and join us.
It’s time to spill the tea—because the conversations we have today can change the way we live tomorrow.

Welcome to Spill The Tea with Womenkind Collective!
Where we’re diving deep into the conversations that matter and this week we wanted to talk about the confusing and often dangerous nutrition advice that is flooding social media, so who better to tackle the unhealthy mis-information than our very good friend and qualified nutritionist and chef, Emma Ellice-Flint.
Emma blends evidence based science with her years of knowledge to give people, especially those going through the menopause trustworthy and delicious nutritional advice.
We also talk about the overwhelming supplement advice, as she discusses why she co-founded HeraRise to ensure women received what they needed in one drink.
So, let’s get some common sense and fact based science on the diet and supplement industry and bust those unhealthy myths, so grab a cuppa (or a green smoothie) and take a listen to Emma’s guide to separating the facts from the fluff.
Our Book Club book for this series is How To Kill A Witch. A guide For The Patriarchy, by Claire Mitchell & Zoe Venditozzi. This week we meet the ‘six John’s’ who are at the fore of hunting the witches, and why the sexual element is so important, its men who tortured, questioned and examined women’s bodies accused of witchcraft. Next week we are reading chapters 6 & 7 we love hearing your thoughts on the book so join in with our Book Club, send us a DM or voice note.
There’s some weekly inspiration to give you some good news stories that you might have missed, and there’s a beautiful quote to send you off for the week with.
It’s an episode brimming with chat and all the usual sweary shenanigans! So, go and get the kettle on and settle in for our weekly collective chat while we spill the tea!
