Welcome to episode three of the Workforce Foresighting Hub Podcast.
In this episode, Emily is joined by WF Hub coach Jack Lockhart and Andrew Esson, Future Skills Lead, at the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult (OREC).
OREC has been involved in two workforce foresighting cycles so far, both focussing on how to prepare the future workforce in order to help meet upcoming targets for offshore wind.
