In the first of this two-part episode, we welcome Dr Richard Clewley and Jonathan Mitchell from the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE).
By working with employers to shape apprenticeships, T Levels, and higher technical qualifications they are playing a crucial role in preparing the workforce for the challenges of the future.
