این اپیزود هم مثل اپیزودهای قبل، با سرویس اول شروع میشود. با نگاه کوتاه و جامعی به یکی از انجمنهای معتبر مدیریت پروژۀ اروپا (IPMA)، که در آن به تاریخچه، چشمانداز، پیشرفتها، ابتکارات، گواهینامهها و اهمیت دریافتشون و در ادامه به دستاوردها و فعالیتهای IPMA در عرصۀ جهانی میپردازیم.
در سرویس دوم، گفتگویی با مهمان ارجمندمون جناب آقای دکتر حمیدرضا نور علیزاده، خواهیم داشت و با بررسی دلایل همزمانی تحول دیجیتال و دوران همهگیری ویروس کرونا و فاکتورهای ناشناخته در دستاوردهای عجیب افراد در تجارت، گفتگوی جذابی از سَر میگیرد.
در سرویس سوم، مجدداً به کشور ژاپن سفر میکنیم و این بار "مدیریت پروژه" را از دریچۀ تفکر Lean نظارهگر خواهیم بود.
