We've all been there at some point of time in our life (P.S I'm still uncertain about a LOT of things regarding uni and my subjects).
As a radio host who had a weekly breakfast (LIVE) show, or a LIVE TV segment or hosting an event for one of the BIGGEST brands in the Middle East, with an audience of 500+ and a segment that is being broadcasted LIVE, there is A LOT of UNCERTAINTY, but I applied some techniques which help me face this beast in all aspects of my life.
