
Mindfulness is a topic that I personally care a lot about, and I’ve been wanting to dive deeper into it with you. So, I’m excited to start a new series of episodes where I’ll be sharing my own thoughts and understanding of mindfulness.
Starting last week, for seven consecutive episodes, I’ll be introducing the seven attitudes of mindfulness as outlined by Jon Kabat-Zinn. While we usually release new episodes every two weeks, this series will be coming to you weekly—every Sunday evening. So stay tuned, and I look forward to exploring these topics with you.
The second attitude of mindfulness practice is patience.
