Jayney Goddard is one of the world’s foremost experts in complementary medicine and natural health.
A former ballerina turned aerial artiste, her unconventional journey took her to remote places where she discovered the power of natural, folk medicines, inspiring her to train in various complementary disciplines.
Jayney is the Founder and President of The Complementary Medical Association and co-chair of the British Academy of Lifestyle Medicine, Jayney holds a Master’s degree in science and has trained in Mind/Body Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
Her international practice and extensive research background ensure that her recommendations are grounded in science.
Jayney’s passion for natural health stems from her own battle with a life-threatening illness, which left her wheelchair-bound for over ten years and prematurely aged.
Using the natural methods she writes about in her book Rewind Your Body Clock, she not only regained her health but also dramatically reversed her biological age.
Now 60, with a biological age of just 27, Jayney shares her expertise and believes that with the right mindset and natural approaches, others can achieve the same.
