Josh started Clutch to fill an internal need to always be tweaking and tinkering with baits, and has grown into an absolute passion. Josh focuses on bait design from an engineering perspective in lieu of an artistic standpoint allow for his baits to be designed around performance and fish catching ability. Too many swimbait companies anymore are trying to make a bait that will simply look cool on a pegboard....
