I’m Miguel Fermin, early in my career, I was fortunate to become the Chief Technology Officer of White Cloak Technologies, Inc, a company full of talented and amazing people. Together we work with companies to develop applications and make a positive impact on the lives of many people, especially Filipinos. This company is a big part of my IT career journey. We started back in 2014 and I’ve been part of it for 7 years already. We’ve grown from a team of 6 developers to now 180+ people. Shout out to my team! I’ve talked about them and our journey in the interview. Over the years, I’ve learned about the ins and outs of running a tech company and developing applications. The result of my journey from being an IT Student to Freelance Developer to Anything you need Developer to a young CTO. Looking back, I guess it was not easy. It was full of challenges and exciting adventures. I love every part of it. I’ve also shared some of it in the interview.
