Find moments of clarity as a parent as you help your kid feel safe and heard when they’re struggling to make good choices.

Maybe sometimes you jump in and try to try and get them to take action. It’s good to get your kid to act, just make sure you find out what they’re thinking and feeling first.

When you invite them to act, does it come from a place of fear or clarity

Curiously find out where they’re at—what they’re thinking and feeling, then you’ll have clarity around what and how to invite them to act to do.

Kid’s will come up with really good solutions when they’re given the space and opportunity.
