In this solo episode, I open up about a recent job interview experience that reminded me of just how far I’ve come.

I talk about trusting my intuition, not settling for less than I deserve, and how hard it can be to hold your ground when the world labels you as “too sensitive.”

I also share five things that have helped me stand up for myself — whether it’s in dating, work, or friendships.
