  1. Day 1 – Awareness & Acceptance

    • List 3 ways you’ve been unkind to yourself

    • Affirmation: “I accept where I am and choose to heal.”

  2. Day 2 – Rewrite Your Inner Dialogue

    • Catch & reframe 5 negative thoughts

    • Affirm: “I am learning to speak with kindness to myself.”

  3. Day 3 – Set One Loving Boundary

    • Say “no” to something that drains you
