Post which the entrepreneurial bug took over and he set up Hansa Cequity along with the R K Swamy Hansa Group. Hansa Cequity is today India’s leading customer marketing agency - where Ajay as one of the co-founders was responsible for evangelising the adoption of customer analytics across diverse industries such as Automotive, Retail, Banking amongst others.
