Vicky 是雙主修新聞系的記者，光感生活的開始，是經歷身邊人罹癌的衝擊，啟動她探索人為何生病、如何獲得健康的過程，也因此她認為環境與飲食是關鍵，創立了支持有機友善農友的「吃好的」品牌。
當前社會節奏快，壓力大，情緒、失眠，似乎已成現代人的基礎問題，她將身心靈療癒概念，透過飲食作為媒介進行溝通，讓有覺察的飲食配合節氣養生，她也提到，身體的不適往往是心理狀態「內外不一致」的反應，特別是在高階主管或服務性質的工作者身上。
