Day 54 - God Has Not Changed God’s Mind Malachi 3:6-12     “I, the Lord, have not changed.” Seasons shift, people change, and circumstances evolve—but God’s character and promises remain constant. If He called you, He hasn’t changed His mind about you. and remember this Money is a tool, not a treasure. Money should be used, not worshiped. It’s meant to honor God, bless others, and serve a purpose—never to become our master.   Action Steps: Applying Malachi’s Message to Your Life   Assess Your Stewardship – Review how you manage your time, money, and energy. Does it align with God’s priorities   What Do You Treasure?   Have there been situations in your life that revealed what you truly value? What did you learn from them?

Day 53 - What to do When Purpose Stalls Zechariah 4:1-7   God is waking me up. For too long, we’ve been in autopilot mode, confusing comfort with calling and routine with purpose. God is shaking you awake because your next season requires your full attention.   Purpose doesn’t require you to have all the answers—it requires you to be willing to learn. Enter this next season as a student, not a master.   Waking Up to Purpose   What is one area of your life where you have been on autopilot and need to become more intentional?   Recognizing Your Role in Someone Else’s Purpose   “You are God’s angel.” Have you ever had a moment where someone spoke into your life at the exact right time?

ay 52 - Reinvent Until There is Peace Haggai 2:1-9   One of the greatest enemies of success is success. Don’t let past victories trap you in nostalgia. What worked before may not be what’s required for the next level. Look ahead, not just behind.   When there is no peace, there can be no growth. You cannot build in confusion, division, or chaos. If the foundation is unstable, the structure will collapse. Seek peace, then build. Peace is not the absence of trouble. Peace is the presence of power.   Perspective Shift: Seeing Purpose in the Process   “One of the greatest enemies of success is success.” Have you ever been stuck in the glory of past victories rather than pushing forward to new ones? How can you break free from nostalgia and move toward your next chapter?   Identifying When It’s Time to Reinvent   Peace means I want to work more simply, not more complex. What areas of your life or work have become unnecessarily complicated? How can you simplify and still be effective?  

Day 51 - Calling is Connected to the Vision, Not the Visionary   Habakkuk 2:1-20    Vision is a heavenly answer to an earthly problem. If you are frustrated by something broken in the world, that might be the very thing you’re called to fix. Complaints can reveal assignments. Vision is fueled by pain or passion. Some visions are born from deep wounds that fuel change. Vision is always primary. The visionary is secondary.   Recognizing Your Vision & Calling What problems deeply frustrate you? Could that frustration be a sign that God is calling you to be part of the solution?   Overcoming Fear & Self-Doubt   God will give the vision to someone else if you don’t act on it. Does this statement challenge you? How does it motivate you to start taking action now?

Day 50 - Clean Your Lenses Habakkuk 1:17   Vision is a heavenly download; sight is an earthly overload.” God doesn’t just give us sight—He gives us vision to solve a problem. If you build it, God will bring them. Just like Noah built the ark before seeing rain, God calls visionaries to build even when the world hasn’t caught up yet. Don’t chase after opportunities—focus on building, and God will bring the right people.   Recognizing Your Vision   What is a problem in the world that deeply frustrates you? Could that frustration be a sign that God is calling you to be part of the solution?   Writing the Vision & Making It Plain   Readers and runners are connected to your writing—so write it, preach it, record it, study it, and do it. What vision has God placed on your heart that you need to write down and act on?

Day 49 - Lord, Am I Like You?  Nahum 1:1-15   “Don’t just pray for people experiencing hardship—step into their world and serve them.” It’s easy to offer prayers from a distance, but true compassion requires action. Jonah delivered a warning, but Nineveh treated it as temporary. “Gratitude must extend beyond Thanksgiving; it must become a daily posture of the heart.   The Power of Gratitude   In what ways do entitlement and complacency creep into our hearts and make us forget God’s blessings?    Application & Accountability   What is one practical way you can demonstrate compassion in action this week?

Day 48 - The 7 Mountains of Influence   Isaiah 2:2-13   “Don’t let your surplus separate you from the Savior.” In Micah’s day, prosperity caused the people to grow distant from God. Success is a blessing, but when wealth and influence lead to oppression, pride, or selfishness, we’ve missed the purpose of the blessing. “Act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly—these are your marching orders   Acting Justly, Loving Mercy, and Walking Humbly   Act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly—these are your marching orders. What does it look like to act justly in our daily lives?     Application & Accountability   Which mountain are you currently in, and how can you use your position to bring God’s presence into that space?

Day 47 - Death to the Dramatic Jonah 3:1-10; Jonah 4:1-4   Ain’t it funny how we want grace for us and judgment for them?” Jonah was furious at God’s mercy for Nineveh, yet he had no problem receiving it for himself. “We now know You are the God of a second chance, but do we live like it?” It’s easy to call out someone else’s failures while overlooking our own, but Jesus reminds us: “Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye and ignore the plank in your own?” We must recognize that grace is an ocean—we are all sinking in it. Instead of casting stones, we are called to extend the same mercy we have received.   Recognizing God’s Wake-Up Calls “What, in your life, is God using to wake you up before it’s too late?” Have you ever experienced a “Jonah moment” where God had to interrupt your plans to get your attention?   Application & Accountability What is one area of your life where you need to extend more mercy?

Day 46 - Purpose Going Backward Jonah 1:1-17   Sometimes, our setbacks aren’t the enemy’s doing or even God’s discipline, but rather the consequences of our own choices. Yet, Jonah’s story also reveals God’s relentless grace—“Jonah teaches us that when God has a calling for you, even when you hang up, He’ll call you back.” The whale wasn’t punishment; it was God’s way of saving Jonah from himself. “When God is in it, He will make up for the time you lost.” Purpose doesn’t expire just because you took a detour—God can still bring you back.     Taking Responsibility for Self-Sabotage “What do you do when you are responsible for your wilderness?” Have you ever faced a situation where you had to admit, “This one is on me”? How did you recover?   Lessons from Delayed Purpose   What does purpose going backward mean to you? Have you ever experienced a moment where a setback turned out to be a setup for something greater?

Day 45 - Non-Negotiables Part 2-Extend Mercy Obadiah 1:1-15   Faith marks where you stop, and God begins. But with all these things, we must also have fortitude—strength to endure, courage to rebuild, and resilience to stand firm. You may not win every single race, but you will win at the end of the day. And finally, in all of our pursuits—our faith, our business, our leadership—we must extend mercy. Boundaries are healthy, but don’t let gates turn into walls. Mercy is sometimes the exception God calls us to make.   Understanding God’s Non-Negotiables    Which of these four non-negotiables—freedom, flexibility, faith, or fortitude—do you need to focus on strengthening in your life?   Strengthening Faith & Fortitude   What is one area in your life where you feel God is stretching your faith and perseverance right now?

In life and in faith, alignment with God is essential—just as a system won’t grant access without clicking “I agree,” neither will God grant divine access if we’re out of alignment with His will. The truth is, “In God’s world, there is no such thing as ‘we agree to disagree.’ The children of God must agree with Him to receive the fullness of His blessings.”    Alignment in Relationships & Leadership “Two cannot walk together unless they agree.” Have you ever been in a partnership, friendship, or team where there was no real agreement? How did that affect your progress?   Recognizing & Designing Your Non-Negotiables “Today, I really want you to design your non-negotiables.” What are some non-negotiables in your faith, relationships, or career that you need to define more clearly?

“Your child is listening to the words you say and the words you don’t say.” If your life was a sermon, would your children want to join your church? “Prayer matters. Your child is watching you.” Every generation carries purpose, and “all means all” when it comes to God’s Spirit being poured out. “There are no second-class Christians—there is no partial membership in the kingdom of God   The Sermon Your Life Preaches   The passage asks, “If your life was a sermon, and new members could join only on Monday-Saturday, would your child want to join your church?” How does this challenge the way you live daily?   Recognizing God’s Discipline & Restoration   God used discipline to drive His people back into His presence.” Have you ever gone through a season where God used hardships to realign your focus on Him? What did you learn?

Your purpose needs a fresh start. Your calling, your assignment—everything God has placed inside you—needs renewal. The business and the busyness of life can block the joy of purpose, but God will allow you to get joy back in the stuff that drains you. Take a moment, pause, and remember why you started. Faith moves God, not complaints, and according to your faith, it will be done to you.    Recognizing the Need for Renewal   The premise states, “Your purpose needs a fresh start.” What does a fresh start look like for you right now?   Overcoming the Fear of Failure   What is one faith-based goal you can set today that requires you to trust God in the process?

Don’t compromise your calling for a check. It’s easy to let financial pressure push us into decisions that contradict our purpose, but every time we do, we tell God, “I don’t trust You. You need my help to make this happen.” The three Hebrew boys stood firm, declaring, “Indeed, the Lord will deliver us, but if not, we still will not bow.” If not, I still will not compromise. Because the truth is, compromise always costs more than obedience.   Trusting God Over Financial Pressure   The premise states, “Don’t compromise your calling for a check.” Have you ever been tempted to take an opportunity that didn’t align with your faith or values? How did you handle it?   Application & Accountability   If someone struggling with compromising their faith for financial stability came to you for advice, what wisdom would you share?

Day 40 - What’s in Your Toolbox Daniel 1:1-20    God gave Daniel and his friends knowledge, understanding, and wisdom ten times greater than their peers—what has He placed in your toolbox? “What do you bring to the table that adds value—not just to the church, but to the world?” Perhaps God is calling you to the intersection of marketplace and ministry to be a light in spaces where others won’t go. So be Daniel—uncompromising, unwavering, and let your light shine in a world that desperately needs a new perspective.   The Power of Boundaries & Integrity   What are some boundaries you need to set in order to protect your purpose?   Identifying & Using Your Gifts (Your “Toolbox”)   What do you bring to the table that adds value—not just to the church, but to the world? How would you answer this question?

Day 39 - How is Your Heart Ezekiel 36:1-26   Before you publish the most provocative thing, ask yourself, how’s my heart? So often, we speak and act from a place of unhealed wounds, but after you heal, that raw emotion mixed with your positive perspective can serve a purpose for the world. The degree to which your heart is healed will determine how others will experience your wholeness, because what is coming out of your heart is the abundance of your heart.    Evaluating the Condition of Your Heart   • What are some signs that your heart may need healing? Have you recognized any in yourself?   The Impact of Unmet Emotional Needs   The first three emotional needs mentioned are acceptance, affection, and attention. Were these needs met for you growing up? If not, how has that shaped the way you approach relationships today?

Day 38 - Purpose Includes Pivots Ezekiel 1:1-18    Pivots aren’t prejudiced—whether you’re rich or poor, life will pivot. Pivots don’t ask permission—they push through, unexpected and unannounced. Pivots produce patience, perseverance, and ultimately, purpose. They become platforms that usher you into new spaces, preparing you for what’s next. And finally, pivots yield change. They are not just a 360-degree spin back to where you started but a decisive 180-degree shift toward something new.    Group Discussion Question Have you ever experienced a major life pivot that changed your direction? How did you respond, and what did you learn from it?   Personal Reflection Question   Who in my life needs encouragement in their own pivot season, and how can I support them?

Day 37 - Heal the Hurting Lamentations 3:1-23 It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” There are some things you’re called to do, and you can’t get away from it.    Group Discussion Question   “Jeremiah became depressed.” – How does this challenge the stigma around mental health in faith communities? How can we better support those struggling with depression? Personal Reflection Question Have I ever been hesitant to express my pain because I thought faith meant I had to always appear strong? How can I embrace vulnerability with God and others?

Day 36 - Who is in the Room Where It Happens? Jeremiah 36:1-20   Purpose requires partners. Jeremiah understood what most of us forget—when God connects us to people, their participation in our calling speeds up the purpose process. Your limitations are not liabilities—they are licenses for others to walk in their purpose. God is answering your prayer for purpose through a person who has clarity where you are confused and competency where you are overwhelmed.”Every purpose has a vision, and every vision has runners and readers.   Group Discussion Question Purpose requires partners.” Who are some of the key people God has placed in your life to help fulfill your purpose? How have they impacted your journey   Personal Reflection Question Who has been a “Baruch” in my life—someone who has supported me, written down my vision, or helped me carry out my calling? Have I taken the time to thank them?

Day 35 - 6 Verbs You Can’t Avoid Jeremiah 1:1-10   Stop trying to rebuild what God already removed. God is making room for the new, but you have to let go of the old. Maybe your excuse is not an excuse—but an engine. Your insufficiency is the X that marks where you stop and Christ begins. Comparison murders creativity. Idolatry ruins ingenuity. You are called to something dope! You’ve never been a cookie-cutter anything. And remember this—God only anoints the authentic you.    Group Discussion Questions   “God only anoints the authentic you.” In what ways do we sometimes try to imitate others rather than walk in the authenticity of who God created us to be?
