一か月前、奈義町では「アット・de・ミート」というイベントが開催しました。 はい。本当に「アット・de・ミット」と呼びました。 。。。 実に、とっても、とっても良かったです。 奈義現代美術館の周辺に彫像やライトアップ、 生演奏等あり、 なぎビーフやおかやま黒豚を使用した料理を味わいながら、 贅沢なひとときを過ごすことができました。 ５人の有名なシェフはそれぞれが腕を振るって肉料理を作りました。 全てのディッシュを味わえませんでしたが、 私は灰原沙織のガパオライスをさっさといただきました。 この灰原さんは単なるシェフではないですね。 料理教室もされるが、仕事の一番面白い面はテーブルコーディネートのことです。 美術館のオープニングみたいな格好いいイベントでは、お客さんに感動させるため、テーマのもとに、彼女はユニークでおいしい料理を創られます。 今回の番組で、彼女とインタビューができましたので、 是非聞いてください。 About a month ago we had an even open in Nagi called “Art de Meat”. Yes, seriously. And it was great. The area around the Museum Of Contemporary Art was set up with sculptures, illumination pieces, live music, and long white tables. Five well-known chefs set up their own stalls, where they each put a different spin on the top-notch meat that Nagi is known for. I didn’t get a chance to sample all of the dishes, but I did have the pleasure of wolfing down Saori Haibara’s gapao rice. A Thai stir fry, apparently gapao means ‘holy basil’ in Thai (awesome). Ms Haibara is actually no conventional chef – while she does teach cooking classes, the most interesting side of her work is as a table coordinator. Based on an event’s theme, Ms Haibara comes up with deliciously unique ways to wow guests at occasions as luxe as art gallery openings.
