
Intermittent fasting (IF) is the hot new "diet" that is out there. Simply put, intermittent fasting is a pattern of eating where you systematically starve the body long enough to trigger fat burning.

Spiritual (Biblical) Fasting is something that many religions, especially Christians, participate in yearly.
Spiritual Fasting is abstaining from food for a spiritual purpose. In other words, spiritual fasting is not simply abstaining from food for dietary purposes, but is to be a time of consecration to God combined with prayer.
There are many examples of fasts in the Bible (one of them NOT including a social media or cell phone fast .. will have to listen to the episode to hear more :)
In this episode I will share the basics about both types of fasting, share the differences, and briefly give some benefits of both. These topics are very extensive and in this episode I barely scratched the surface.
