
This year, I've gone the longest I've ever gone without giving up on a new habit or life change. This is the 49th day of the year, and I'm still going strong!
A major part of this has to do with the morning routine I implemented this year.
Previously, I would constantly feel unaccomplished and unproductive, because there were so many things I wanted to do, but never did.
I would know I wanted to, but for some reason never made time to do them. This caused me to constantly beat myself up all day.
After developing this morning routine, I feel so accomplished and fulfilled before 7:30AM each day! It has changed my life (you can ask my wife).
In this episode I simply share my morning routine (to give you an example), and also share a secret tip that I learned from the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear that has kept me going, even on days where I missed it.
