Juvenile justice in Bexar County, Texas (San Antonio), Kids Killing Kids, Kids Stealing Cars, these juveniles are not able to control their emotions, nobody wants to get embarrassed, etc. A group of kids that are beefing amongst each other from different parts of town, and when school is in-session, the crime and fighting amongst them, goes up because of women, drugs, disrespect, jewelry, and on and on... and the weird thing is that when school is out for summer... crime amongst juveniles goes down.
