This podcast is all about the importance of overall health and wellness. Is how the mental health and emotional health plays a big part in your physical health. Because if you're not mentally and emotionally healthy, then you will not be physically. How no matter how much you go to the gym doesn't matter if you're not breaking the bad habits events and making changes mentally in order to be physically healthy? It takes a lot of hard work and dedication in order to lose weight and battle against diseases and illnesses. We will also be talking about the benefits of food. Foods that we think are good for us that actually are not. We will be going over different diets to see what actually works. The importance of vitamins and minerals. There will be more topics will be disgusting as well. So I hope this channel helps you on your overall journeys to better health and wellness.
