A Happier You Leads To A Healthier You
Episode 67- My Pre Conversation With William Person about CTE Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy
In this episode, I have a pre-conversation with William person about CTE Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy and what it means when it comes to how it impacts and affects athletes, and people in the military. A little about William, William spent nine years as a Team USA bobsledder until CTE-like symptoms turned his life upside down. He went from athletic peak to debilitating depression and confusion, even losing his way in his own neighborhood. CTE, tragically, can only be confirmed after death, but the symptoms rob people of their joy and sanity when they’re still alive. Athletes and military veterans are both at risk, and it’s alarming how this crisis impacts not just individuals, but families and communities. Inspired by Joe Namath’s story, William tried Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and saw immediate improvement in his brain fog and overall wellbeing. Now, he’s determined to help others access these life-changing treatments. With a GoFundMe campaign underway, he’s raising money to open a nonprofit CTE Recovery Center offering HBOT and other therapies, completely free for athletes and veterans. He’s deeply passionate about sharing what saved his life, warning others about the silent dangers of head traumas, and advocating for healing resources before it’s too late. CTE is a is something that a lot of people do not talk about when it comes to any type of brain damage, concussions, Alzheimer’s, and dementia that needs to be talked about. So we talked about a little bit about what it is and how he has been impacted by this particular disorder after an injury while he was in the Olympics. I cannot wait for you guys to hear this conversation prior to our actual conversation coming up very soon.

Episode 65 My pre-conversation with Rahul Prasad about Western Medical Treatment..
In this Zoom video, I did a pre-conversation with Rahul Prasad about the difference between eastern and western medical treatment, modern medicine, holistic medicine, treatments, and examinations. We are also talking about why it takes almost dying or a serious injury before you find out what is wrong with you? How in other countries, they do MRI, CPT scans, dental, x-rays, labs, cancer screenings, a colonoscopy, heart exam, dermatology, eye exam, and more at one time? Why in America do we have to pay for every test or labs separately which can be very expensive? It was a very good conversation that I wanted you all to hear, so I decided to post it. We will be doing the actual podcast soon. #health #wellness #healingjourney #recovery

A Happier You Leads To A Healthier You
Episode 64- My Conversation with Peter Stuart About The Mind and the Body.
In this episode, I had a conversation with Peter’s Power about healing the body and the mind from an internal to an external perspective, when it comes to health and wellness. Peter’s journey began by helping people externally through physical therapy, focusing on their physical health. He then transitioned to healing people internally through his new coaching approach, which involves finding the root cause of their pain and its impact on the rest of their body, both internally and externally. It was definitely a phenomenal conversation, as I learned a great deal about the importance of identifying the root cause of pain and trauma to facilitate healing throughout the body. And that pain never stays in one place. So even though you’ll heal one part where there is pain, it doesn’t mean that it will not spread to another part of your mind or your body. Pain will always find someplace to cause problems, trauma, depression, anxiety, diseases, illnesses, and mental health issues. #healingj #wellness #health

Episode 59 - Why Are People Really Dying?
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing one of the reasons why people are dying. And what I’m gonna be discussing is going to shock a lot of people. I’m also gonna be talking about me being a medical builder and the struggles that we go through when it comes to billing claims. And what a lot of providers do not know when it comes to the reason why a lot of claims are not being paid that is really going to shock them. The truth about how many claims that we had to adjust all due to timely filing, no authorization, pre-certification, referral, or coordination of benefits. We also need to talk about the difference between overseas doctors when it comes to them testing for everything, versus doctors in the western cultures they’re only test for whatever you tell them is wrong. How a lot of people aren’t finding out about conditions they never knew they were had due for them never being tested for it. This conversation is gonna be very interesting to a lot of providers. And I think a lot of providers need to know this information so we can change this health system. Because this health system is unalive so many people due to last minute diagnosis that could’ve been prevented, if they were tested a long time ago

Episode 59- Holistic Healing and Recovery vs Modern Medicine
In this episode, I will be discussing Holistic Healing and Recovery Vs Modern Medicine as far the differences, and pros and cons of both. How I'm on a holistic healing and recovery journey that has completely changed my life? How many doctor's in America have change their practices to more holistic healing practices as far treating patients? I see a lot of doctor's and scientist, who are on social media channels, and websites talking bout what they have learned that they were not taught in medical school? How so many people are dying due to misdiagnosed due to the doctor's in America not recommending holistic healing and a heathier way of eating and lifestyle? How me being misdiagnosed multiple times by doctors led me to a holistic lifestyle?

Episode 58 Ravoke_com Presents CRPS Summit_
In this episode, I did a video live on all of my platforms about a CRPS Summit. I felt like this summit needed to be on this platform as well due to the millions of people that have chronic pain in CRPS that are not being treated. so I decided to post it on all of my platforms. A friend of mines Charles Mattocks did a summit on his website about CRPS and pain. This summit consists of not only doctors who specialize in CRPS from around the world, but also the patients who suffer from it. And I thought this would be a great summit to bring awareness about CRPS, and pain. So I decided I wanted to do a two part episode about the summit and about the conversations between the patients and the doctors about CRPS and pain and western medicine as far as how they deal with it. So I hope this summit that my friend did brings a lot of awareness about CRPS and chronic pain. I thought it was a great summit that I wanted to share with my audience.

A Happier You Leads To A Healthier You
Episode 54- What is Keeping You From Being and Maintaining Being Healthy_
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing what is keeping you from maintaining you being healthy in all aspects of your health and wellness. Why is it there so many people reached their goals as far as losing weight, but they can’t maintain the weight loss? Why is it so many people end up beating cancer and being cancer, free, just for it to come back? Why is it that people have hernia, and cyst surgery, just for them to come back? Why is it that people who have addictions who go to rehab and they end up overcoming the addiction, just to end up going back to the addiction? So it really amazes me how we always seem to heal and recover from many different things, just for these things to happen again, or go back to old habits, in addictions that have destroyed not only our lives, but our health and wellness as well. So this podcast episode is all about us diving into why is it we can do the things we need to do to heal and recover from things that are destroying and causing chaos and destruction as far as our health and wellness, but yet we end up taking 30 steps back as far as these things come right back again and messing up your life.

In this episode, I will be talking about how to maintain your healing and recovery after you achieve your goals. Many people think that once you reach your goals that you just stop what you did to get to the goals in the first place. How attaining your goals is the easy part, but maintaining those goals are the hard part? How the things that you do to heal and recover to become a better person physical internally and externally, mentally, psychological, and emotionally? How longevity when it comes to health and wellness comes from maintaining the things that you did to healing and recovery from diseases, illnesses, trauma, stress, pain, accidents, mental health, disabilities, depression, anxiety, and more? We talk how to do things, but not how to maintain it. I think it is time that had this conversation. So, in this episode, we are going to have this conversation.

How when I go to the grocery store, I home. How at all of the ingredients before I buy it? How a lot of the foods that you eat as far as processed foods, vegetables, fruits, and meat to have chemicals on them that are causing not only cancer, but other illnesses and diseases that are unalive millions of people that we don’t know about? Episode 50- The Misconception About Health and Wellness_
In this podcast episode, we’re gonna be talking about the misconceptions about health and wellness as far as whether or not a person being overweight is truly unhealthy, or are people that are not overweight actually healthy. I think it’s time that we have this conversation because I am really tired of people saying that because people are not overweight that they are healthy. When there’s plenty of evidence that shows that people that are actually society, standards of weight are truly not healthy due to other illnesses, diseases, mental, psychological, and emotional health. There is plenty of scientific proof that shows that people that are society standards of weight doesn’t prove that you are truly healthy. So this podcast is probably going to contradict a lot of the things that you’ve been told. But I feel like when it comes to healing and recovery is time to start being honest as far as basic your health and wellness based upon society standards.

Episode 49 - What Food Additives, And Chemicals That Are Making People Sick
In this episode, I talk about the food additive that are making people sick and causing multiple different illnesses that are put into our foods a are sold in the grocery store. When I got sick, I started looking into the things that were in our foods that were causing not only allergies, but mental health, allergic reactions, cancer, lung disease, kidney disease, blood, clots, organ failure, and more. And what I found the shocking. So I decided to stay away from a lot of processed foods, and foods that have these following ingredients in them that’s making people sick. And when I stop eating these particular foods. I noticed that I felt a lot better, it was easier to lose weight, and I started being a lot healthier. So I hope this podcast helps a lot of people understand why it is that no matter what she’s done you cannot lose weight, and you constantly just feel unhealthy. And why the cancers keep coming back for those who basically are cancer free, and then the cancer comes back.
