Join me for a stirring and vital teaching on why Paul refers to the Word of God as "the holy Scriptures." What will this mean for you?
This is my joyful opportunity to boast in the Lord gratefully for His indescribable gift -- the Bible!
We might call this the second part of my introduction to our series in Romans -- much-needed due to the awesome depth of this book.
In fact, the great poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge called Romans “the most profound work in existence.”
The goal is simple: If you know your faith, you'll be strong in your faith -- but only if you "do" your faith (and I include myself).
If you know your faith, you'll be strong in your faith -- but only if you "do" your faith. The intent, the goal of this series is to enable you -- and me -- to know our faith, to be strong in our faith, and to "do" our faith.
Then, we'll understand how and why some of the most influential Christians who have ever lived: Augustine, John Crysostom, Martin Luther, John Wesley among them -- so highly extolled Paul's Letter to the Romans!
There is little teaching on this critical matter of the Christian faith; the result is predictable: Little fear of God and His coming judgment results in no respect of man. Hence, we have increasing chaos in our world.
What does the Bible teach about Hell? Why is it necessary to study what it says? When I return from a ministry trip to Kenya the first week of December, I'll continue this series...
Having done a 14 part series on Heaven, it's necessary to follow that with a series on Hell -- which makes one all the more grateful for Heaven!
Why do I refer to God as "the Spectacular God"? That's an unusual or rare description of Him? Yet, reading Rev. 22, I cannot help but come away with such a conclusion. Find out why with me!
It's incredible to see the apostle John write that he saw the things he was told to reveal in the Book of Revelation -- some 55 times!
And nowhere in Scripture do we find more specific teaching about Heaven than in Rev. 21-22. Join me as we learn more about this infinitely superior land -- the eternal land.
We find extraordinary information about Heaven in Rev. 21-22; join me as we discover more of what God has in store for eternity for the believer in Jesus; Heaven makes this world BORING!
Jesus speaks of the "regeneration of all things" in Mt. 19:28. What's the context? What does He mean by "regeneration"? How does this relate to Heaven? These are the topics we'll focus on in this message!
From today's three passages, we'll discover why and how a focus on the believer's eternal home has a vital impact on our lives here on this earth.
It is an extraordinary thing that God chose the apostle John to personally witness the coming events he describes in the Book of Revelation. In fact, John writes, "I saw" more than 54 times, declaring his authenticity as an eyewitness of these things.
And incredibly, John saw the new heaven and the new earth, along with the new Jerusalem. We explore all this in today's broadcast!
Incidentally, I wrote a three volume study on the Book of Revelation, to assist you in this rewarding study. If you're interested in these studies, you can find them on Amazon under Brad Abley.
Heaven is INFINITELY better than this world, just as real, yet vastly superior -- and yet still so grossly misunderstood! This series aims to rectify this with sound teaching on what Scripture teaches about this subject.
My friends, do you know that Heaven is God's will for you -- and why that is? If it is indeed His will for us, then we should understand why it is -- and what it is.
Moreover, we ought to fully understand what the Bible teaches us about Heaven and that is what this series is designed to do -- to give us biblical understanding of Heaven -- and preparation for it!
Friends, do you highly value what God values so highly -- Heaven? Do you know how much Scripture emphasizes Heaven? Do you have a biblical understanding -- a theology of Heaven?
This series is designed to faithfully, carefully open God's Word to us -- not with speculation -- but with biblical accuracy in the fear of the Lord -- so you can be confident in what the Bible teaches about our eternal home.
I'm so pleased to announce a brand-new, extensive study on what the Bible teaches about this vital doctrine -- Heaven: What It Is & Why It Matters Now.
It will air on my radio broadcasts in Africa, but I'm also making it available for everyone.
We are strictly studying what Scripture teaches; this will not involve alleged visitations to Heaven; it will not involve speculation.
Our charter from God is to study what His Word teaches and do our best to interpret His Word accurately.
May the Holy Spirit give you great understanding and change and transform you, for the glory of the Father and the Son!

A believer who understands his or her rich identity in Christ is unstoppable. But sadly, I find that not many believers know their identity in Christ- particularly in our subject for today - justification.
What is justification? How does knowing it impact your life? Stay tuned to find out.
The Church and society desperately need leaders with character. God knows this, which is why He has so much to say in Scripture about this vital matter.
Find out about this in this broadcast!
Leadership is influence. We all influence others -- for good or bad. But we have assurance from 2 Chronicles 16:9 that God is looking to strongly support those who want to influence others for Him. What does this entail? Find out in this broadcast!
This new series is a further development of a pastor and leader conference I recently held in Uganda.
Truly biblical leaders are in short supply there -- and all over the world. What kind of a leader is God searching for? This will be our focus, with 2 Chronicles 16:9 as our key Scripture.
