Today we discuss getting it out and letting it go. Be angry. Be petty. Do it on the page. Feel those feeling then be done with it.
Writing is the liminal space between thought and action, between emotion and reaction. It is where I can explore ideas, express feelings, and ask questions, all without fear or judgment.

Today I speak with my old friend Taurmini Fentress. A licensed independent clinical social worker with a MPA, she is a wealth of knowledge on the affects of drugs and alcohol especially in those experiencing houselessness. We discuss abstinence vs. harm reduction and how both can be implemented in different capacities depending on the person. Honestly, it is truly about meeting the person where they are. It is at the core of her work helping people. And should be the approach we use more. Thanks for listening.
