Today we are talking about making new habits attractive as we continue to share what we are learning from James Clear’s book Atomic Habits. If you want to create new habits, make them attractive to you so you choose to do it by combining a need to a want such as the need to do the dishes and I want to watch a show. We can make dishes more attractive and we choose to watch a show while doing the dishes.
