Life Coaching: What is it? Is it right for me? What is your focus with your clients? What types of life coaching programs do you have?
We answer all your questions about my personal life coaching business. There are tons life coaches out there and they all do it differently. In this podcast episode we talk about my programs and focus.
As the Head Life Coach at KHUB Enterprises LLC, in Waterloo Iowa our coaching uses the My FELT Focus. With emphasis on how to create a life full of Freedom Love Energy and an abundance of time I have worked with clients to obtain promotions, improve their health, and find more passionate love.
In our first 8 weeks of one on one coaching we focus on the persistent pursuit foundation. Looking at your habits, confidence level, ability to depend on your self, skills that will help you fail forward, developing your inner radiance, and building and strengthening your relationships based upon your relationship with self.
If we choose to push forward in additional 8 week session we start to build for your radiance revival. Think of the first 8 weeks as the wood and paper needed to start a fire and the following sessions (of 8 weeks) as the match and lighter fluid. During these session we focus on: building confidence, focusing on finding your inner power, growing your self love, developing you passion, fine tuning your purpose, identifying where you spend your time, focusing on your relationship with self, and what steps you need to take in the future to live the life you want to live to continue to be the radiant being you were meant to be.
The biggest take away I hope you get from this podcast is that you need to feel empowered to find the right fit for you when you are hiring life coach, or any professional that is going to be helping you with something. Make sure you are the right fit for your coach and that the your coach is the right fit for you.
