By every measure we have of employment, housing, healthcare, education, family wealth, and criminal justice, our Black population is still being held back by racism and discrimination.
All US workers face that grim reality today, with billionaires openly bribing Congress, and worker rights at an all time low. We even have a Gilded Age president, who is making a fortune cutting all benefits for millions of poor workers in America.
Israel is a special case. And sharing that space is the imperial power of them all, the United States Empire, which has supplied the bombs and tanks so necessary in killing that many people.
Last year, Democrat Pat Ryan accepted close to a quarter of a million in bribes from the Israel lobby. American people should stand up and tell our venal governmental leaders to end the corruption and the barbarism that is Israel.
The current Black Lives movement was followed closely by another racist president, Donald Trump, who feeds the fire of racial hatred by dismantling most of what was won over the last decade.
