In this episode Kat shares her experiences of being diagnosed with ADHD in her early 40s and discusses why it's so important we seek diagnosis as part of our ongoing journey to gain self-acceptance as ADHD women. Part of the episode also looks at some of the challenges involved both pre and post diagnosis, the cycle of grief that can often emerge out of being newly diagnosed, as well as the positive things we stand to gain from truly understanding our neurodiverse selves.
