
Today's episode came about as I've found myself recently going down a google rabbit hole of research into rest.
Because I don't think I'd be alone in saying that I often find rest incredibly difficult.
Rest seems to come muddled up in a ball of confusion and conditioning of rest needing to be earnt, feeling guilty for resting, feeling physically unable to rest, feeling the need to always be productive and to be doing something useful.
