🗓️ 寫在11月15日——世界COPD日,也是奧古斯特·克羅誕辰 🎂

👋 大家好,我是呂醫師!

回溯到 1874年的今天(11月15日),丹麥生理學家奧古斯特·克羅(August Krogh)誕生了。這位 1920年諾貝爾獎得主 🏆,留給後世一個改變醫學觀點的重大發現——「微血管的開關機制」。

💡 克羅告訴我們一個簡單卻震撼的真理: 當身體安靜時,大部分的微血管是「關閉」的 🔒;唯有在 運動 🏃 時,這些微細的通道才會大量開啟,讓氧氣真正滋養到組織深處。

恰逢克羅誕辰與 世界COPD日 重疊的今天,這句話更顯得震耳欲聾: 🗝️「運動,是打開身體氧氣通道的唯一鑰匙。」

很多人以為這只是年紀大的必然 👵,其實,這可能是 慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)🫁 在發出警訊!你的肺在為每一口氣奮戰,而背後牽涉的,是全身 微循環 🩸 與 肌肉系統 💪 的全面撤退。


⚠️ 2025最新警示:這是肺病,更是一場「肌肉流失戰」

今年發表在權威期刊 《The Lancet Respiratory Medicine》 📑 的一項大型跨國研究,分析了近八萬名數據後發現:

📊 「即使藥物治療再先進,若忽視『骨骼肌功能退化』與『身體活動量下降』,病情仍會失控。」

研究特別指出,當 「肺功能下降 📉」 遇上 「肌肉流失(肌少症)🥀」 時,風險幾乎翻倍!這再次印證了克羅百年前的智慧—— 🚫 不動 ➡️ 微血管關閉 ➡️ 肌肉萎縮 ➡️ 人就老得快!


🏞️ 被縮小的生活圈:從象山到客廳的距離

這讓我想起門診一位愛漂亮的阿姨 💃。她以前最愛跟姊妹淘爬象山,拍照打卡總是笑得最燦爛 📸。但隨著 COPD 症狀加劇,她開始怕喘、怕跟不上隊伍,漸漸地連樓梯都不敢爬 🪜。

經過身體組成分析,我們發現她已是嚴重的 「肌少症」 📉。 因為怕喘而不動,因為不動肌肉更萎縮,最後連走到客廳都覺得累... 🛋️ 這不只是器官生病,而是整個生活品質與自信心的崩塌 💔。


🌏 特別提醒身處亞洲的我們: 許多女性即使不抽菸 🚭,卻因長期暴露在 PM2.5 🌫️ 或 廚房油煙 🍳 下,成為「非吸菸型COPD」的高危險群。 🛡️ 對抗環境老化,我們需要的防護不只是口罩,還有強健的肌肉!


💊 呂醫師的處方:把「氧氣」練回來

最新的醫學實證給了我們極大的希望 ✨:規律的 「呼吸肌訓練」 加上 「下肢阻力運動」,能大幅提升生活品質!

我常跟病人說,健康的肌肉就是身體的「氧氣幫浦」⛽。作為抗老醫師,我建議您從今天開始執行這四點 「🔄 逆齡呼吸計畫」:

🧘‍♀️ 啟動深層呼吸 每天 3分鐘 練習「腹式呼吸」,讓橫膈膜重新有力,促進肺部充分擴張。

🔛 打開微血管開關 每週至少 3次,每次 20分鐘 的低強度步行 🚶‍♀️ 或深蹲。記得克羅說的,動起來,氧氣才進得去!

🥗 營養就是地基 補充足夠的 蛋白質 🍗(修補肌肉)、維生素D ☀️ 與 Omega-3 🐟(抗發炎)。沒有原料,身體無法重建肌肉。

🍃 淨化環境 遠離煙害 🚭,煮飯務必開啟抽油煙機,給肺一個乾淨的家 🏠。
