This episode features Deb Monroe, founder and CEO of Recovery Concepts, a peer run origination and Hope365 Respite and wellness center.
Deb Monroe is from Michigan. At the age of 13 was forced into prostitution and she found herself trapped for many years, she turned to drugs as an escape. Her addiction led to many losses, her children, herself, even her freedom.
Deb has made a full recovery. And tells me she hasn't used since 2000. She says it took finding purpose for the change to happen. She now supports and inspire others to commit to a better life as well.
