The group created out of necessity for lack of children, including her own step daughter, not getting justice after molestation. Phillips says the monsters who prey on children is a part of a bigger culture AKA our Justice System. And already, the college has seen its biggest homecoming celebration in years. President Rey says his goal is to kick-off HBCU homecoming at the legacy school every year. So save the date! Not only that, he touts becoming one of the most affordable colleges in America. But he has a long road ahead to solidify the 156-year old school. It hasn't had accreditation since 2004.
