Nov. 29, 2025 ~ Todd Lipa grew up in Farmington, Michigan. From 1977 to 1995, he worked for the Detroit News and then the Detroit Free Press, then transitioned to working at the Youth and Family Services Director for the City of Farmington Hills. Since 2021, he’s been the Executive Director of CARES of Farmington Hills. Established in 2017, CARES (Community, Action, Resources, Empowerment Services) serves the residents of eight suburban communities who need a “hand up.”
