If we haven’t met, I’m Jason—Heart-Centered Creator and certified SOMA Breath® instructor. This is my gay awakening—how I left the noise, landed in Mexico, found breathwork, and why I built a men’s healing community.
I grew up with silence around trauma and identity. Like many gay/queer men, I carried anxiety, isolation, and the habit of coping alone. Coming out was a spiritual shock and a rebirth. I’ve seen the addictions, the shame loops, the loneliness, the grief we don’t always name. I lived it.
