Fascia affects you emotionally not just physically. I have had surgeries, medications and specific PT exercises . It doesn’t matter how many exercises you do if you cannot feel them.

My husband and I took a walk around our neighborhood. I had no issues with my stability! My gait was the most natural and officially “technically right” 😂😉it’s ever been.
