Tamil/English -- This lecture was recorded at Lanka Babaji Yoga Sangam at an Anthar Kriya Yogam, on October 25, 1981. An Anthar Kriya Yogam is a three day retreat in which the participants practice the intensive sadhana, fasting, silence, and mantra yagna chanting.
Tamil/English lecture inspired by the Verse 33 of Bhoganathar. Yogiar gave this lecture on October 1, 1981 at The Chennai center (known as Madras back then).
