A Geisinger Breast Cancer Nurse Navigator, Rebecca Vanderveeken, joins Freddi Hammer this week to highlight October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 
She will remind us that one out of 8 women who are diagnosed with breast cancer that is caught early have a 99% survival rating, and that the majority of cancers are not linked to genes.
