As you go forward towards your goals, you will find that people have opinions. These opinions can be positive or negative.
Some of us feel the need to address every negative comment that comes our way. Is this the best use of our energy? What does this person's opinion have to do with you?
Let's talk about it.
These are difficult times. Emotions are running high. Let's talk about how we deal with anger, what it is, and how best to deal with it.
