Gaslight Anthem
Today in the chair for this episode of BarberTalk - Tales from the chair, we have a gentleman I met while in Vancouver working on a hair show. We spoke for two days about all things I loved, hair, punk rock, Disney, wrestling and mental health, it wasn't until later on during the 3rd day together that Mark Peyton, the show organiser said 'you do realise that's Alex from Gaslight Anthem don't you?' I was shocked he hadn't mentioned it but we had bonded and opened up to each other about so much to one another I found it great that he didn't feel the need to talk about his HUGE success as a globally touring rock star. Now with new band Forgivers and founder of Idle Hands
This chat from the chair is one of the best yet and Alex, is so open about mental health and his struggles I am sure this episode will help someone.

Today in the chair for this episode of BarberTalk - Tales from the chair, is a truly inspirational man and a personal hero of mine. They say never meet your heroes but Lou was more than I could have hoped for. Lou gave up a career in law to risk it all and move to Orlando, Florida and dedicate his life to making a career from his love for Disney. His positive vibes and outlook on life is infectious and by listening to this conversation you should leave the barbershop feeling energised and motivated.

Today in the chair for this episode of BarberTalk - Tales from the chair is a hugely inspirational man, an actor, presenter and campaigner, probably most famous for staring alongside Scarlett Johansson and wining Celebrity Mastermind. He actively uses his neurofibromatosis to reduce stigma and bullying when is comes to living with deformities. Not only that he is an incredible man with a love for wrestling and I always say, if you find someone else with a love of wrestling, make them your friend for life.
