Although these words are often used interchangeably, they don’t quite mean the same thing, in our view.
During the conversation, we unpack the true meaning of each word, debate whether someone can be one without being the other, and explore how our perceptions of others are shaped regarding whether they come across as nice or kind. We also discuss whether a single action is enough to judge someone’s character or if kindness and niceness reveal themselves over time.
