Everyday we are given the opportunity to apply our principles.
Marcus Aurelius said... "The model for application of your principles is the boxer rather than the gladiator. The gladiator puts down or takes up the sword he uses, but the boxer always has his hands and needs only to clench them into fists.”
You are not forced to be good, but how you show up in the world will ultimately govern how people see you and the quality of your life.
Stoicism demands that you do not put down your principles.
In this podcast I look at professional boxer GGG and fitness influence The Liver King.
And examine how they have both applied their principles.
Thank you for your time friend.
