I used to be terrified of the gym.
Terrified of physical fitness, hard work, delaying gratification and let's face it... gym bros.
In recent years I have seen fitness as my friend.
Something that can challenge me physically, and in turn harden my mentally.
I believe in being life fit, ready for any challenge that might come my way.
In this podcast I discuss the idea of the back of Practical Stoicism pod with Tanner Campbell.
