Ron and Brent discuss the history of hops in New Zealand, some if the amazing farming and breeding innovations that have come out of the country, and what varieties top their list of characteristics unique to New Zealand hops. We also get to try a couple of Firestone Walker Brewing Company's latest releases that feature New Zealand hop varieties, including the newest Luponic Distortion, Gen 5 from the Propagator series, and Nectaron, also from the Propagator Series, that features all new Nectaron hops.
