A private chef and lifelong vegan with a deep love for wellness, plants, and good energy.

He has been vegan since birth, so food and healing have always been a part of who he is. Over the years, that passion’s grown into studying herbalism, diving deeper into how plants connect to our overall wellbeing, and building a lifestyle around balance and alignment.

He has also gone through my own transformation — losing over 100 pounds and really learning what it means to rebuild yourself from the inside out. These days, he mixes his love for food, fitness, and holistic living to inspire others to slow down, tune in, and create a lifestyle that feels good — not just looks good.
