Eric “Winged Bard” McDonald explores spiritual ideas for navigating modern life through stories and reflections rooted in mysticism. He offers spiritual inspiration and unique perspectives on spirituality, self-development, and cultural challenges. Eric holds a PhD in History from the University of Houston. He currently teaches university courses, leads local men’s circles, and offers mindfulness and meditation classes, as well as workshops in immersive creative expression. His mission is to support a vast culture shift, while working to build and strengthen his local community.
