When the universe tells ya to take some time. TAKE IT. Sometimes we often miss the lesson because we are too consumed with distractions all around us. The message will fly right over your head. These past two weeks without a phone gave clarity I didn’t know I was looking for. So busy “tryna get things done” do this and do that. You look up and realize life is just passing on by. I looked up and it clicked. Wow...there’s a level of disconnect when I look around this “connected” world. Sometimes you just need a break to restore without the very things you “think” you need to see another day..

Distractions from the true connection of seeing ourselves day to day amongst each other. It’s a war on spirit y’all. Continue to heal, grow, understand your darkness and make peace with your light.
