!!BONUS EPISODE!!
This bonus episode provides good giggles for sure, and surprisingly some tears from everyone surfaced as gratitude is expressed fairly early in the show. I love my girls!
THE episode where I introduce one of my sisters' A'laja, and my nieces Bailee and Khloee. A'laja is a first year student at Cleveland State University, on her early journey to a successful life. She has some gemz of wizdom as a new college student who's getting adapted and ready to conquer the world. Aware ain't even the word. I'm so proud!
Bailee and Khloee on the other hand are also on semi new journeys as they too attended a new school and has some amazing gemz to take with you, even as adults. I encourage ages 13 and up to listen!
I am thankful to I learn so much from being around them and believe this will not be the last time you hear of these three. So stay tuned for more in the future.
ENJOY!
My comfy couch gives me an undeniable flow. Episode 9 is a very inspirational episode where I kickstart our message to self affirmations, I so missed those! I talk a little about the value of being dedicated and patient in our personal journeys, how words DO matter, and so forth. TUNE IN!
No time is being wasted on Episode 8 as I briefly dive into understanding empathic sensory and emotions. There's a few helpful tools for recognizing and managing emotional energy whether it be yours or someone else's.
Further into the episode I touch base on valuing our authenticity and setting boundaries, as well as practicing presence and self awareness.
Discussing a few view points with our co-host Helen on dynamics and aspects that leads us into refreshed and improved mindsets for new goals for a NEW timeline. We're not flooding the audience with New Year's resolutions, instead encouraging moderation in the understanding of your own personal power to experience the reality you truly deserve.
