In this episode, I dive into the Power of Now, and what it means to collapse the illusion of time into a single point....the present moment….now.

The shift I experienced in my early 20s had a huge impact on how I live my life, and it was a simple realization that the past and future are mental constructs.

In my view, it is crucial for us artists and creatives to be present in the moment in order to fully express ourselves and communicate with the world.

Then we time jump to mid-1800s Paris where the Impressionists (btw the term was meant to be an insult by the critics of the time) broke tradition and had their first show outside the Emperor’s Salon.

Kinda punk rock if you ask me.

Along the way, I share why creativity isn’t just an outlet but a call for self-reflection that can take us on a spiritual and/or philosophical journey.

And just as Super Mario Brothers did on TV screens, the game we’ve got to play IRL is, again, all about being here and now.
